Our mission is to provide professional and quality care to individuals while maintaining the quality of life and independence in the comfort of their home.

Our First Priority is YOU!

wbsite image 3At First Priority, we realize that it is never easy bringing someone in your home.  For this reason, we begin by reviewing your needs through discussions with involved family members.

Next, we develop an individualized care plan to manage your daily needs.  The care plan will be developed by the agency’s registered nurse.

Lastly, we match each nurse aide to the client’s needs; not simply fill a shift.  We believe in having a 1:1 ratio with client and nurse aide.  This means that each client will be assigned to one nurse aide.  During the selection process, we ask that the family members participate and provide their feedback.  This gives the client and family members the opportunity of growing that trusted relationship and having peace of mind.  This will result in the best care being delivered to the client.

Remember:  Our First Priority is YOU!

First Priority Home Healthcare Services stepped up to the plate assisting my elderly aunt who was sick with cancer. Had it not been for First Priority, my aunts health would have continued to decline. Two thumbs up for the excellent service and care provided to my family member!
